Concept had employed me for over 13 years.
During my tenure with the company as a Director we had
numerous business transactions with Premier Solutions when it came
to manager recruitment.
During such time we developed a strong relationship with Brian Bruce

When my time came for personal assistance I was a bit hesitant with

First time I spoke with Brian was when he called my restaurant and
asked if he could speak to a manager. After I introduced myself and
the position I was holding, he asked if I could give him a few
moment. Then he introduced himself and mentioned what he does. My
first impression was that he was another recruiter cold calling and
compiling resumes for future reference or just doing something
productive. One minute into the conversation I was amazed at his
sincerity when I asked him which company he was recruiting for and

I didn't know what to think at first about
using Premier Solutions. I just knew I needed a job and I
needed one quick, I could not stand the job that I was at the
traveling was eating a hole in my pocket. Before I came across
Premier Solutions I had sent my resume out it seemed like everyday
for over a month, I was getting nothing or at least nothing
that could pay me what I needed to make. So I was on my
computer one day and I came across this web site for Premier
Solutions so I called them I hit one of the extensions. Someone
answered I told them what I wanted and what I was trying to do. The
guy told me to send my resume in and they would help me. This
was the last Thursday in January when I sent my resume I received a
phone call THREE days later from Brian Bruce with a job opportunity

Dear Brian,
I wasn't really sure
what to think of the services you provide and I wasn't really all
that apprehensive about using them to find a new career choice I
could be happy with. After going with you though, the results are

I just wanted to pass on a quick note about my interaction with Mr.
Shaffer that I experienced yesterday. I had sent a resume in for a
position that went to Premier Solutions representing that company’s
account. I have had absolutely terrible experiences with Career
Placement Recruiters in the past… everything from having my email
address sold; a representative that sent my resume to the same
company I was working at; having an Amway Representative who was
presented as a job recruiter by a Hospitality Recruiting firm(
3-hours of dialogue before we could get her out of our house) – just
some really horrible experiences. I bring these up because – Doug is
the first recruiter to really take the time to find out what I
really wanted to interview for. I know we did not make a connection
on this career opportunity but I will pass on to my friends his
